There is a box in church for donations of tinned and non perishable goods for the local Foodcollective (formerly known as Foodbank), our Harvest collection also goes to the Foodcollective. Click here for ideas of what to donate.
Each year at the start of Advent (beginning of December) we organize a Children’s Toy Service, at which families and children are encouraged to bring a good quality toy which can be given to a child in need at Christmas, via the Refuge. Throughout the year, we also collect good quality second hand children’s clothes to be passed on to them.
The annual Ride & Stride event around local churches in September helps raise funds for this non profit organisation which gives grants to churches for building repairs.
