Advent and Christmas 2025
Starting with our Christingle service on 7th December, pictured above, we welcomed our regular congregation and many others from the local community over the Christmas period. The busiest service was Carols by Candlelight, with 140 people packing the church, but other services, including the Children's Carols and Midnight Communion doubled our usual congregation size.
It was wonderful to see so many people and to be able to celebrate the birth of Jesus together. Rather than send each other cards, we used a joint card to wish each other a Happy Christmas, both to help the environment and to have the chance to give to charity instead:
