We are committed to the safety and wellbeing of everyone in church and with whom we have contact.  Our leaders are regularly checked through the Disclosure and Barring Service and our safeguarding policy is reviewed regularly.

We encourage every member of our congregation to complete Safeguarding Basic Awareness Training as follows:

1.Go to https://safeguardingtraining.cofeportal.org/

2.Click on Create new account and complete the online form to create your account, choosing you own username and password. 

3.Once your account is created, you will be able to access the online learning portal.

4.Click on Online Courses, then click on Basic Awareness which is available to everyone in a Church community.

5.The Safeguarding Basic Awareness Course takes no longer than 75 minutes to complete.
